Pemberdayaan Genearasi Milenial untuk Budidaya Fungi Tiram di Lingkungan Pondok Pesantren

Abstract

The Nahdalatul Ulama University College of Blitar uses the AS-Syukur Blitar Islamic Boarding School to carry out technology transfer activities on oyster fungi cultivation in dedication activities. The purpose of this dedication is to empower the potential young generation at the Islamic Boarding School using oyster fungi cultivation and oyster fungi processing methods as a result can increase the welfare of Islamic boarding school students to be more self-sufficient and empowered. The method is: This dedication activity was carried out in November to December 2022. the application of the activity involves a person who is an expert in oyster fungi cultivation and its development. one of the Nahdalatul Ulama University Blitar Lecturers became a facilitator. the assessment that will occur from this activity provides that oyster fungi cultivation and its processing have a positive impact on the potential younger generation among pesantren. The Santri were very responsive to this activity. Oyster fungi market prospects still have considerable opportunities. The output of this activity is that the people have been able to cultivate oyster mushrooms and their processing. In addition, a reference book on oyster fungi cultivation was also obtained.
