Abstract

Management training to become entrepreneurs, there are several things that must be considered among students, including the education they received during their studies at school, understanding the need for training to increase their knowledge. Perceptions about starting a business, among others, the assumption of feeling too old or too young, not talented and lack of capital and confusion about what business ideas to develop. These obstacles must be removed by providing additional insight among high school/vocational school students according to their majors, through this community service activity. The implementation of the activity is carried out in the form of explaining materials related to the creativity of management training.
