Pemanfaatan Limbah Ternak Desa Tanggungan Sebagai Bahan Baku Pembuatan Pupuk Organik
Abstract
The community program in Tanggungan Village focuses on transforming livestock waste from a perceived health hazard into a powerful agricultural "booster" through organic fertilizer production training. In collaboration with local farmer groups and agricultural extension officers, the initiative involves a systematic approach: from waste management education to the practical cultivation of Cavendish bananas. This strategic breakthrough serves as a vital alternative to expensive chemical fertilizers while fostering a cleaner, more hygienic living environment. Ultimately, the program has successfully shifted the local mindset, empowering farmers to recognize that properly processed manure significantly enhances soil fertility and economic prosperity. By maximizing local assets, the community is now better equipped to achieve sustainable agricultural yields and long-term financial stability.
