The rapid growth of Indonesia's coffee industry has created new opportunities to integrate local economic potential into vocational entrepreneurship education. However, vocational learning remains largely focused on agricultural production, limiting students' competencies in coffee processing and entrepreneurial development. This community engagement program aimed to strengthen the entrepreneurial competencies of vocational high school students through local coffee processing training at SMKN 1 Tulungagung, Indonesia. The program adopted a Participatory Action Community Service (PACS) approach by integrating seminars, hands-on workshops, and experiential learning. A total of 45 participants, consisting of 30 students and 15 teachers from the Agribusiness of Food Crops (ATP) and Agribusiness of Plantation and Horticultural Crops (ATPH) programs, participated in the activities. The training covered local coffee industry awareness, manual brewing, espresso-based beverage preparation, business opportunity identification, branding, and digital marketing. Program evaluation was conducted through participatory observation, documentation, reflective discussions, and participants' feedback. The findings indicate that participants enhanced their practical coffee processing skills, developed a broader understanding of value-added coffee businesses, and recognized entrepreneurial opportunities based on local coffee resources. Furthermore, the program strengthened collaboration among higher education institutions, vocational schools, and local coffee stakeholders. These findings demonstrate that integrating local coffee industry potential with experiential learning provides an effective community engagement model for developing coffeepreneur competencies while supporting sustainable local economic development.
