About ICEEIS

The International Conference on Eco-Innovation, Education, and Islamic Studies (ICEEIS) is an international academic conference organized by Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Blitar to provide a global platform for scholars, researchers, educators, practitioners, policymakers, and students to exchange innovative ideas, present research findings, and establish international collaborations.

ICEEIS responds to contemporary global challenges, including environmental degradation, climate change, educational transformation, technological advancement, and the need for ethical and value-based sustainable development. The conference promotes interdisciplinary dialogue that integrates scientific innovation, educational excellence, and Islamic perspectives in addressing sustainable development issues.

Carrying the theme “Advancing Sustainable Futures through Eco-Innovation, Transformative Education, and Islamic Values,” ICEEIS encourages research dissemination, strengthens international academic networks, fosters collaborative research and publications, and promotes the integration of Islamic values into science, technology, education, and social development.

ICEEIS consists of three major conference tracks covering a broad range of disciplines:

  1. Eco-Innovation, Engineering, and Applied Sciences
    This track covers areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT), renewable energy, sustainable infrastructure, green manufacturing, mathematical modeling, smart agriculture, and other emerging technologies and applied sciences.

  2. Digital Transformation in Education, Language, and Sports
    This track focuses on innovative learning technologies, technology-enhanced language learning (TELL), applied linguistics, digital education, educational transformation, sports science, and related interdisciplinary studies.

  3. Sustainable Society, Islamic Economy, and Human Well-being
    This track explores Islamic finance, halal industry, family law, communication, psychology, Qur'anic studies, early childhood education, human well-being, and other aspects of sustainable social development.

ICEEIS welcomes participants from universities, research institutions, schools, industries, government agencies, and international organizations. Participants may include lecturers, researchers, postgraduate and undergraduate students, teachers, education practitioners, industry professionals, policymakers, and other stakeholders from Indonesia and abroad.

The conference program may include an Opening Ceremony, Keynote Speeches, Plenary Sessions, Parallel Paper Presentations, Panel Discussions, and a Closing Ceremony. These activities are designed to facilitate knowledge exchange, interdisciplinary discussion, and the development of sustainable international research partnerships.

As an international academic forum, ICEEIS aims to contribute to the advancement of knowledge and innovation while strengthening collaboration among researchers and institutions. The conference also supports the dissemination of high-quality research through conference proceedings and potential publication opportunities in reputable academic journals.
