Birrul Walidain dalam Tafsir Al-Maraghi (Studi Tafsir Tahlili Q.S. Al-Isra’: 23)

Abstract

This research is entitled "Birrul walidain in the interpretation of Al-Maraghi (Study of the interpretation of tahlili Qs. Al-Isra': 23). It can be seen that birrul walidain has a high position and charity when compared to other charities related to human relations. The purpose of this study is to examine how the position of the birrul walidain order and its scope according to QS. Al-Isra': 23 in the interpretation of Al- Maraghi and how is the relationship between birrul walidain and faith according to QS. Al-Isra': 23 in the commentary of Al-Maraghi.

This research is a library research or library research. The primary data source of this research is the Qur'an and the Tafsir Books. As for secondary data such as books, notes, journals, magazines and so on. The theoretical conclusion in this discussion is that the position of the birrul walidain order is very high and honorable, the order of birrul walidain Allah SWT. often juxtaposed with the command to worship Him. Therefore it is obligatory for a child to obey and fulfill the rights of parents with all forms of kindness such as respecting, saying good things, loving, supporting and caring for both of them with full sincerity without feeling irritated. But filial piety remains under the relationship of faith. If both parents order to commit shirk, then obey creatures in things that are prohibited by Allah SWT. not allowed to comply.
