Peer Review Process

Review Policy

Journal of Psychology Research relies entirely on the scientific validity and coherence of the editors and/or reviewers. The assessment relates to whether the manuscript is easy to understand and whether the work is a useful contribution to the field. The Psycho Aksara Journal of Psychology Research acknowledges the comments and suggestions provided by the reviewers.

Initial Review of the article

The editor will first evaluate all articles submitted by authors. Articles rejected at this stage are considered to lack originality, have serious scientific flaws, or fall outside the aims and scope of the Psycho Aksara Journal of Psychology Research . Articles that meet the minimum criteria will be forwarded to reviewers for further review.

Review Types

Submitted articles will generally be reviewed by a single reviewer who will be asked to evaluate whether the manuscript is scientifically valid and appropriate, whether it adapts published work, and whether the article is sufficiently clear for publication. The methods used are double-blind peer review or double-anonymous peer review.

Review Results

Reviewers are asked to evaluate whether the manuscript:

- Be original by stating the objectives and gaps clearly. - Valid research methodology.

- Follow appropriate article writing guidelines.

- Have results or findings that are presented clearly and support the conclusions.

- Refer properly to previous research.

Decision categories include:

Accept: Accepted manuscripts will be published in their current form without further modifications required.

Accept with Revisions: Manuscripts that accept this decision will be published in the journal subject to completion of minor or major revisions. Revisions will be reviewed by the editor to ensure the appropriateness of the updates made before publication.

Resubmit for Review: The manuscript needs to be reworked with significant changes. It may be accepted. However, a second review and subsequent reviews will be required.

Reject: Rejected articles will not be published and the author will not have the opportunity to resubmit the revised article to the Psycho Aksara Journal of Psychology Research Journal .

All correspondence regarding articles should be addressed to the Editor of the Psycho Aksara Journal of Psychology Research . The editor will direct all correspondence to the primary author. The primary author is responsible for sharing communications with other authors. In addition to communications regarding review, articles accepted for publication may require additional correspondence to complete article editing and layout.
