Penguatan Literasi Pangan Berkelanjutan melalui Buku Cerita Ethno-ESD: Sebuah Studi Design-Based Research pada Sekolah Dasar

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan storybook berbasis Etno-ESD gastronomi Sunda untuk mendukung pengembangan literasi sains murid sekolah dasar. Penelitian menggunakan metode Design-Based Research (DBR) yang meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, pengembangan produk, validasi ahli, serta uji coba terbatas dan diperluas. Analisis kebutuhan melibatkan satu guru dan 30 murid kelas V sekolah dasar. Produk yang dikembangkan berupa storybook berjudul Ucup dan Rahasia Peuyeum Aki yang mengintegrasikan materi sistem pencernaan manusia, etnosains gastronomi Sunda, dan nilai Education for Sustainable Development (ESD). Hasil validasi menunjukkan skor rata-rata sebesar 89,17% dengan kategori layak. Uji coba produk menunjukkan peningkatan kepraktisan dari 67,59% pada uji coba terbatas menjadi 92,41% pada uji coba diperluas. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa storybook berbasis Etno-ESD gastronomi Sunda layak dan sangat praktis digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk mendukung pengembangan literasi sains murid sekolah dasar.
