Implementasi Literasi Financial Di Lingkungan RA Baitur Rohman Batuaji Sebagai Upaya Penguatan Karakter Akhlakul Karimah
Abstract
Financial literacy education can be given as early as possible to children through formal and non-formal education. There are six basic literacy according to the Ministry of Education and Culture (2017) including language literacy, numeracy literacy, digital literacy, scientific literacy, cultural and citizenship literacy and financial literacy. The development that occurs in children is a process of change in thinking, interacting both with each other and with objects in their environment. Many schools or madrasas, especially in the Ringnrejo sub-district, have stopped short of educating financial literacy without being followed up on its implementation. So the researchers took the title Implementation of Financial Literacy in the Raudhlatul Athfal Environment as an Effort to Strengthen Akhlakul Karimah Character. With the formulation of the problem whether children are able to implement Financial Literacy in the Raudhlatul Athfal Environment as an Effort to Strengthen Akhlakul Karimah Character. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with observation instruments, interviews and documentation. The results of the research conclusions are 1) Implementation of financial literacy is still relatively low in the Raudlatul Athfal environment as an effort to strengthen the character of akhlakul karimah so that researchers provide solutions using the 3R paradigm (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle); 2) The relevant implementation of the 3R paradigm is Reuse which utilizes used bottles as a place to save leftover pocket money owned by children, not from parents' desire to save; 3) Children still need support from parents and teachers to instill financial literacy in accordance with the character of the Prophet Muhammad, having the characteristics of Shidiq (honest), Tabligh (conveying), Amanah (trustworthy), Fathonah (intelligent).
