Authors who publish with Patria Educational Journal (PEJ) retain the copyright of their work while granting the journal the right of first publication. Upon acceptance for publication, authors agree that their articles will be published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.

Under the terms of the CC BY 4.0 license, anyone is free to copy, distribute, display, reproduce, adapt, remix, transform, and build upon the published work for any legal purpose, including commercial use, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s), a link to the license is provided, and any changes made are clearly indicated.

Authors are permitted to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the published version of the work (for example, depositing it in institutional repositories, personal websites, or publishing it in a book), provided that the original publication in Patria Educational Journal (PEJ) is properly acknowledged.

By submitting a manuscript to PEJ, authors confirm that the manuscript is original, has not been published previously, is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, and does not infringe upon any existing copyright or intellectual property rights. All articles published in Patria Educational Journal (PEJ) are permanently available as open-access content under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, ensuring the widest possible dissemination and reuse of scholarly work while maintaining appropriate attribution to the original authors.
